Vintage Danish Arts and Crafts Skonvirke brooch. This large brooch is by Danish maker A. Gold and has a small lapis lazuli gem bezel set within a floral 830 arts and crafts style silver setting. It has a C clasp closure to the rear. It is marked " A.G " and "830S" , it also has indistinct silver hallmarks. The brooch measures approximately 5.8 x 5.2 cm. Weight is 17 grams. It is in very good condition with small signs of wear commensurate with age. Estimated to date from 1900's - 1920's
