Vintage Mexican jade and sterling silver warrior face mask brooch.The carved jade stone is set in a decorative sterling silver mask setting It has a pin and rollover C clasp closure to the rear . It is signed "SILVER MEXICO " on the rear and has other indistinct marks. The brooch measures approximately 5 cm x 3.5 cm. Weight is 19 grams. Estimated to date from the 1950's to 1960's. It is in very good condition with small signs of wear commensurate with age.
