Beautiful vintage Glen Kelso Frame Scottish amethyst and sterling silver brooch. The large faceted amethyst gem is prong set in a deep sterling silver setting within a sterling silver open flower design. The brooch measures approximately 4.5 x 4.5 cm and has a pin and rollover C clasp closure to the rear. It is signed with makers marks "GF" and has silver hallmarks for Edinburgh 1972 on the rear.   Weight is 8 grams. It is in very good condition.
