Beautiful rare vintage art deco style blue lapis lazuli bead necklace. The lapis lazuli beads are beautiful quality, faceted, graduated in size, and almost rectangular in shape. The beads are hand knotted in between each bead. The set has a sterling silver lobster clasp closure (marked "925") and measures approximately 16 inches (41 cm) long.The necklace is in very good vintage condition. Estimated to date from 1940's to 1960's.
