Vintage rare Joanne Mackarell beaded necklace with a mixture of gemstone beads including lapis lazuli and amethyst , a sterling silver and enamel oval centre piece and a decorative oval sterling silver box clasp closure. It measures approximately 46 cm (18 inches) long  x 0.8 cm wide. The centre silver oval piece measures approximately 4.2 x 2.5  Weight is 78 grams. It is signed with makers marks "JMK" and has silver hallmarks for London 1998 on the clasp. It is in very good condition.
